Physical Fitness & Health is a cornerstone of our comprehensive curriculum at Peninsula High School's NNDCC/NJROTC program, promoting the holistic well-being of our cadets. Through dynamic physical training sessions, cadets are encouraged to cultivate their physical strength, endurance, and overall fitness levels. We emphasize the importance of regular exercise and healthy lifestyle choices to enhance their performance and resilience.
