Drill, Command, and Ceremony

Drill, Command, and Ceremony form an integral and disciplined part of our curriculum at Peninsula High School's NJROTC program, instilling cadets with precision, teamwork, and a strong sense of respect for military traditions. Through rigorous training and practice, cadets learn the fundamentals of drill movements, military commands, and ceremonial procedures. They develop the ability to perform as a cohesive unit, mastering the art of synchronization and attention to detail. Furthermore, cadets are trained in leadership roles to command drill formations and ceremonies, fostering confidence and effective communication. By engaging in these activities, cadets cultivate self-discipline, confidence, and a profound appreciation for the time-honored rituals that symbolize military excellence. Drill, Command, and Ceremony enrich our program, preparing cadets to showcase their skills with pride, whether at official events or within their everyday lives as disciplined and responsible individuals.
